20260529 Morning Assembly
A big thank you to Heison (4H), Helios (4L), Vera (4F) and Jessie (4H) for helping out today!
With school exams just around the corner, we know everyone is going to be busy studying hard!
Our morning assembly focused on how to prepare ourselves both mentally and physically for the exam period. We discussed the importance of eating good meals and getting plenty of rest before the big day.
It’s normal to feel stressed, but we shared three fun and easy ways to relax during your revision sessions:
1. The Body Shake – Shake off all that built-up stress!
2. The Balloon Breath – Take a deep breath to calm your mind.
3. The Super Pose – Boost your confidence and remind yourself: "I can do this!"
Let’s stay focused, try our absolute best, and most importantly—stay happy!
